Hi-fi Design

During the design phase, the focus was on creating an intuitive user experience that integrates AI seamlessly into the recruitment workflow. I call this 'invisible' AI. I didn't want them to have to go out of their way to utilise the AI feature nor did I want them to be disrupted by the AI; it is blended into their workflow to become a normal part of the process.

Outcomes

After the first phase of this project, we were able to achieve a reduction in job creation time by 85% (from 35min, down to 5min). We received positive feedback from recruiters on the ease of use & that we exceeded their expectations with our AI-driven features.

The second phase of the project, currently in development, will focus more on the candidate experience & the matching process. This will be where the core value of the app lies.
